  1. Appointment Cancellations by Clients

1.1 Clients are required to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

1.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may incur a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service.

1.3 No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

  1. Clinic-Initiated Cancellations / Rescheduling

2.1 In case Prettiv Aesthetics Clinic needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (clinician unavailability, equipment issues, etc.), we will provide at least 2 hours’ notice wherever possible.

2.2 If rescheduling is not feasible, a full refund of any advance payment will be processed within 7 business days.

  1. Refunds

3.1 Refunds apply only to pre-paid services (advance deposits or full payments) and are subject to the cancellation terms above.

3.2 Refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment wherever possible.

3.3 Any bank, gateway, or transaction charges incurred during refund will be deducted from the refund amount.

3.4 Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

  1. Partial Refunds / Services Not Rendered

4.1 If a client discontinues a treatment plan after partial service, a refund for the unrendered portion may be considered at the Clinic’s sole discretion.

4.2 Dissatisfaction with treatment results is not in itself grounds for a refund, as outcomes may vary depending on individual conditions. However, in cases of negligence or deviation from standard practices, remedial measures including refund or repeat service may be offered after review.

  1. Products & Consumables

5.1 Returns/refunds for products (skincare, wellness, or other retail items) will only be accepted if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

5.2 Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.

5.3 Products that are opened, used, damaged, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for return.

5.4 Refunds for returned products are subject to inspection and approval by Prettiv Aesthetics Clinic.
